Camp U Alumni Photo Galleries,
and Links to Friends of Camp Unalayee

Location, location, location! Location is everything. What Camp Unalayee is all about...
Snow-shrouded, even in summer, Mt. Shasta as seen from the Umbrella Tree.
In a way, this section is always new, always "under construction".
These galleries are a way for former, current and soon-to-be members to re-live memories and vicariously anticipate fond experiences at Camp Unalayee.
The images are of our Campers in the gorgeous Trinity Alps environment, so please be patient if your browser is slow to load. Check back here often as we develop the Alumni Photo Galleries for your enjoyment.

More to come really soon! Also in the works: a secure Campers' message board area.

It's early in the morning, and the trail tribes are packing for their hikes ...
... gazing up at the Umbrella Tree. What, you mean we're really headed up there?

A Gathering of the Camp Unalayee Community
Uh, oh -- a kid with a fire!
...but he's learning to build it safely and well.
Cooking in camp Central, of course...
And cleaning up after, of course...

At the Craft Shack, writing and discussing camp journals...
Frisbee in the meadow
Life on the banks of the lake...

We celebrate together at
Last Night's Vespers, as...

We've learned to love the land and leave no trace of our passage...
Some Links to Friends of Camp Unalayee:
Family Days 2005 -- A great montage of photos from Camp U alumni Keith Beard
Snow Year 1998 -- More from Keith's vintage collection: Summer opening in the snow. This is a great example of the often hard "behind-the-scenes" work performed by our dedicated staff to ensure an enjoyable and successful Camp season, no matter what surprises Mother Nature sends us.
